The Fondation EME runs from mid-October to mid-December 2009 a creative musical project aimed at allowing prisoners in Schrassig Prison - on their own initiative - to have access to a musical activity. A weekly workshop aims at forming a Blues Band which will give a series of concerts in mid-December 2009 in the Schrassig Prison under the direction of Gast Waltzing.
Goals of the project:
- contribute to the resocialisation
of prisoners
- improve the structure of the prisoners' daily life
- encourage group work
- provide a platform for creativity
- provide diversion, brighten up the prisoners' daily life
