In cooperation with institutions such as 'Stemm vun der Stroos', ATD Quart Monde, Vollekskiichen and Foyer Ulysse, the Foundation EME (Listen to understand each other better) will offer free access to high-quality concerts to people living in a financially uncertain situation. This effort will contribute to promoting their real access to cultural rights and to high-quality services.
