Catherine Hengesch is an educator trained in music education and movement (rhythm). She specializes in music education for children.
Since 2017, she has been teaching at the Dudelange Regional Music School, where she gives classes in musical awareness, choir training, and Museksgaart (parent-baby music classes). Her teaching focuses on movement, voice, and sound exploration from an early age. Catherine plays the piano, guitar, violin, and accordion.
As a freelance artist, she carries out musical projects for numerous cultural institutions such as Rotondes, Rocklab, INECC Luxembourg, Philharmonie Luxembourg, Kulturhaus Niederanven, Kammerata Luxembourg, and Fondation EME.
With the musicians of Trio Dora, she creates original musical theater concepts for children, which they perform together on stage. Alongside Bruno Panetta and Stephan Kinsch (Tutti Frutti), she also performs on stage with Mushka, nei Lidder al Stëmmen aus dem Land.
