All donations made to the Fondation EME are tax-deductible in Luxembourg. In order to benefit from the tax deduction, the cumulative amount of donations made to different organisations during the year must be at least €120.

Since 5 October 2010, the EME Foundation has adhered to the Code of good conduct for organisations appealing to the generosity of the public, which affirms its commitment to the notion of transparency and through which it undertakes to report regularly to donors.
