Emily Grogan is a 19-year-old indie/alternative singer-songwriter from Luxembourg. She came to prominence in 2021, aged just 15, when she won the Screaming Fields competition organised by Rocklab Luxembourg. The prize marked the start of her professional music career.
Her first single and video, The Other Side, was released in January 2022, with the support of the Luxembourg Ministry of Culture. Since then, Emily has performed at over 25 concerts and taken part in several national and international artistic projects.
In 2022, she founded the group LYRA, which remained active for almost two years, before devoting herself to her solo career in 2024. She also joined Lara Grogan & Band as bassist and second vocalist. A multi-instrumentalist, Emily plays piano, electric guitar and bass.
