Violin

Laurène Schuller is a violinist and music educator. In 2016, she began to follow her vocation as a music educator by giving early music and music training lessons in various Luxembourg institutions.

During her studies, Laurène worked in various areas of 'Elementare Musikpädagogik', including with groups of children aged 18 to 36 months, 'mum and baby' groups, groups of children (aged 4 to 7), people with dementia and children and adults with disabilities.

In 2021, Laurène became a trainee with the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg (OPL), where she still plays regularly as a substitute.

Laurène currently teaches early-learning and music training at the Conservatoire de Musique d'Esch/ Alzette, as well as violin at the Union Grand Duc Adolphe (UGDA). At the same time, she continued her violin studies with Philippe Koch at the Conservatoire Royal de Liège.

Her passion for educational projects at the Philharmonie du Luxembourg and the EME Foundation have given her the opportunity to make some enriching encounters for her work as a mediator.

For the 2023/24 season, Laurène Schuller is in charge of the music workshop in the "Loopino" series at the Philharmonie du Luxembourg.
