"Music surrounds us in the time leading up to Christmas, setting the tone and creating a festive atmosphere. Even nicer than listening via headphones or loudspeaker is enjoying it live at a great concert hall such as the Philharmonie – especially when there’s not only a full-size orchestra on stage, but several children’s and youth choruses. This makes the experience even more intense, not to mention interactive: as every year, the audience is invited to sing along heartily when the most beautiful carols of the season resound!"
The Fondation EME will be broadcasting the concert live on its Facebook page, and it will be rebroadcast on RTL on 24 December.
The Chrëschtconcert will also launch the festivities for the Fondation EME's 15th anniversary! To celebrate this event, we will be broadcasting a “15 years of EME” video on our Youtube channel and launching our new website. The year 2024 will be marked by these festivities, including the “All Together” project, which will bring together choirs from all over the Grand-Duché.
